A senior lawyer says the High Court's decision to quash the Covid-19 vaccine mandate for police and Defence Force staff won't affect other mandates.
Dentons Kensington Swan specialist public lawyer Hayden Wilson says there were quite particular reasons for the decision, and the mandate was no longer justified.
