A homeless mother with seven young children says she had to pitch a tent in a park during a storm after Work and Income told her it couldn't help.
Mariska Kruger, from Napier, says despite the agency knowing she had a seven-week-old baby and nowhere to go, she was repeatedly told there was nothing it could do.
