Te Whatu Ora is back in court today asking the court to take guardianship of a baby whose parents don't want him to be treated with blood from a Covid-19 vaccinated person.
The four-month old urgently needs open heart surgery.
Both Te Whatu Ora/Health NZ and the baby's parents will be at the High Court in Auckland for a full hearing today.
