A few years ago Troy Kingi, Mara TK and Mark Vanilau joined got together to form Love and Hope.
This weekend Love and Hope bring their mix of Aotearoa soul and funky Māori Futurism to Wellington to coincide with Te Matatini, which is being held in the capital for the first time.
The group joined Yadana Saw in the studio to play 'Kryptonite Rocks In Your Letter Box' and 'Giant of The Sea' as well as talking about what Te Matatini means to them, including Troy’s time as a Kaihaka with Tauira Mai Tawhiti.
