Indie rock band SPOON formed in 1993 after meeting at the University of Texas
They are known for writing sharply crafted pop songs and their writing has been compared to The Pixies, Tom Petty and Elvis Cosello .
Last here in 2017, SPOON are touring NZ alongside The War On Drugs and Indigo Spark. In Wellington Friday 1st December and Auckland on Saturday 2nd December
