9:45 The Galápagos Postman: Hand delivering 50 letters around the globe
Since March this year Kiwi Jonny Beardmore - aka The Galápagos Postman - has been travelling the globe to hand deliver 50 letters to strangers around the world collected from the the ancient postbox on Isla Floreana in the Galapagos Islands.
He's also doing it all with just one single carry-on bag.
When he's not out delivering mail Jonny is based in London, but from now until the end of the year he will be out and about delivering letters in his homeland.
While delivering the letters he's raising money for motor neurone disease charities both here and in the UK.
He speaks to Maggie Tweedie about his adventure.

More than 300 aftershocks have been felt since the big quake on Tuesday.

10:30 The Kiwi musician taking Chinese social media by storm
Levi Patel is a singer-songwriter and sound engineer based in Auckland whose music has gone viral on Chinese social media.
He made a video for Chinese video platform Douyin about his visit to a small Chinese city, featuring photos he took and recalling some memories in basic Mandarin, set to his single 'Gravity'.
He woke up the next day to see the video going viral.
Maggie Tweedie speaks to him about the experience.

Well Summer has well and truly arrived which means tens of thousands of teenagers are itching to descend on holiday locations up and down the country.
While it's no doubt a time of excitement for those young people it's also a busy time for our emergency services and can be nerve racking for parents.
But Red Frogs a voluntary outfit who play a role in looking after young people in alcohol-fuelled environments, will be there making sure people have fun but keep safe.

The Billy T Award winner has just finished a sell-out run of Camping - a hilariously risque play with friends Tom Sainsbury, Chris Parker and Brynley Stent.
As well as stand up comedy, Kura had a three-year stint on Shortland Street's playing the adored receptionist 'Desi' and starred in The Educators, Golden Boy, The Breaker Upperers and many other local productions.
