Letterboxes bring festive cheer

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... Especially throughout one Wellington suburb with decorated letterboxes sprinkled with festive cheer. Crofton Downs resident Leigha Speirs-Hutton is the mastermind behind the bright initiative.
