$4 Meals Foodtruck

Can you make a meal for $4? Is it even possible with the price of food these days? Liam Arthur and Jackie Bannon are making it happen at a community eatery in Dunedin. They've outgrown their foodtruck and they are opening in a new space in Mosgiel on Friday. It's called The Bowling Club, and Jackie is there now.
