Netball New Zealand is celebrating 100 years this May.
Netball remains the single most popular sport among women in girls in Aotearoa, with an estimated 300,000 players annually.
And in anticipation of the centenary, RNZ reporter Bridget Tunnicliffe has been looking into the sport's history, legacy and challenges.
