Key stages of the Emissions Trading Scheme postponed

Simon Terry, the Executive Director of the Sustainability Council of NZ, on the Government's decision to make no major changes to the ETS for at least three years because of the poor economic environment. Agriculture emissions from animal livestock and fertiliser were due to enter the scheme in three years, but their entry will now depend on a review to be held in 2015.
