Retiring MPs reflect on their time in Parliament

And as Parliament rises for the election there have been a round of valedictory speeches, as MPs depart. Two of them are long serving MP's, the Hon. Phil Heatley, a five term MP for Whangarei since 1999 - and Labour MP Darien Fenton, bowing out after 9 years of service, as a list MP with the Labour party.
