Sale Street apartments in Auckland won the Multi-Unit Residential Property Award

The Industrial Property Award went to Röhlig Logistics, Auckland

The Education Property Award went to King’s School Centennial Building, Auckland.

The Civic & Arts Property Award went to Ellen Melville Centre & Freyberg Place, Auckland.

Materials used during the construction of ‘Beaches’ – Coast Papamoa Beach, Tauranga. It won the Urban Land Development Property Award.

Ramada in Albany won the Tourism & Leisure Property Award.

Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award: Dunedin Law Courts

Ara Kahukura, Christchurch won the Green Building Property Awards

The Hub Hornby won the Retail Property Award

The Property Council's Property Industry Awards were held in Auckland on Friday night. Around a dozen awards were handed out to developments in categories from Industrial to multi-unit residential properties. Head judge Andrew Evans talks about the winners and the trends.
