The cause of death of two American tourists in Fiji has still not been revealed. The couple, Michelle and David Paul died within hours of each other. Michelle's father Marc Canalog is trying to get to the bottom of why the two young, fit and healthy people suddenly died while on holiday even after seeking medical assistance.
