Anna Burns-Francis is a highly respected journalist and interviewer, who has most recently been part of the Breakfast team at TVNZ. But following cutbacks at the state broadcaster, she has decided to move on and start a new chapter. She joins Jim to discuss what the future holds, and share one of her favourite songs 'Low Tide' by Chicago band 'Drama'.
Anna’s ‘Pumpkin in a Pumpkin’ recipe
Scoop out the seeds from a pumpkin from the top (you will be filling it back up).
Make up in a pan a mix which has a variety of ingredients, such as onion, celery, carrots, and a variety of spices including paprika.
Add gruyere, cream and orange.
Pour the mixture into the scooped out pumpkin and bake it in the oven.
When it comes out you very carefully scrape the thick flesh of the pumpkin into the middle of the creamy mix and give it all a stir.
So it’s a pumpkin mix within a pumpkin. It will have the texture similar to a goulash.
