Another major concert in New Zealand has seen concert-goers left in the lurch once again due to dodgy ticket websites. The ticket re-seller Viagogo is at the heart of the problem, with fans spending hundreds of dollars only to be turned away the venue door. He has banded together with other angry Viagogo customers to approach the Commerce Commission about the issue. We speak to Mr Wilson and also get a response from the commission.
