People around the country are boycotting petrol over increased prices. The Facebook event has 18,000 Kiwis saying they won't fill up their cars until Sunday in protest against the rising costs.
Organisers encourage people to use smaller companies if they must but to stay away from the big players like Z, BP, and Mobil.
