Commander Cody and The Lost Planet Airmen play bar room country, rock-a-billy and boogie-woogie with a mischievous sense of humour. Their style of country music comes more from the hardcore traditions of Ernest Tubb than the hippie folk and bluegrass of their peers at the time.
