Abano Healthcare has appointed Richard Keys, an insider, as its new chief executive.
Mr Keys, the company's chief financial officer and chief operating officer, has been with the company since 2002.
He will take up the position when the current boss, Alan Clarke, steps down at Abano's annual meeting later this year.
Abano is concentrating on its dental business, which makes up 70 percent of revenue, especially in Australia, where it believes there are opportunities for growth.
