Television New Zealand's corresponent in Australia has resigned after an altercation with a pop star.
Hannah Hodson was interviewing Pink when the disagreement began.
TVNZ on Monday quashed speculation that the scuffle was sparked by the issue of Ms Hodson's sister, who formerly worked for the star. An internal review had begun into the incident.
Her resignation is effective immediately.
TVNZ says the process of finding a replacement for the Australian post will begin this week and will be an internal process.
