One person has been injured in a Northland house fire this morning.
Fire and Emergency said they were called to a house on Thorpe Road, Kaikohe, shortly after 1.30am on Monday.
A spokesperson said one person was injured and was referred to paramedics.
Three fire trucks and one tanker took just under an hour to put out fire, which was contained to a single house.
A fire investigator will be on site later today to try find the cause.
