A person is dead after a crash involving four vehicles in Palmerston North on Saturday night.
Emergency services were called to Napier Road (State Highway 3) in Roslyn just after 10pm.
One person died at the scene and another was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Police said the serious crash unit was investigating.
