A person is in serious condition after a truck collided with a vehicle in Kumeū on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was reported at 3.30pm after the truck collided with a vehicle on a section of the highway around the intersection with Kennedys Road.
Emergency services are currently working to clear the scene.
Motorists in the Kumeū area are advised to expect delays, with traffic building in the area, particularly heading south out of the Kumeū township.
People are being asked to allow additional time to reach their destination safely this evening.
