Rap superstar Eminem has told a US magazine he is planning to donate proceeds from his legal win against the National Party to charity.
National was ordered to pay $600,000 in damages to the publishers of some of his early work, Eight Mile Style, for using music that closely copied the hit Lose Yourself.
A representative for Eminem told Variety magazine that he was not consulted about the case, but any money that he received from it would be donated to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
He encouraged the publishers to do the same.
