The Christchurch City Council is asking residents in the Dudley Creek catchment and Flockton Basin to give feedback on three proposed options for long-term remediation work.
The aim is to return the Flockton area to pre-earthquake flood risk levels.
The options provide different locations for a piped bypass.
Residents have until 8 July to give feedback.
The preferred option will then be presented to the council on 13 August.
The project is expected to be complete my mid-2017.
