A 52-year-old man will appear in court tomorrow charged with attempted murder after two people were stabbed in different houses in Hamilton.
Police were called to a house on Merlot Place about 2pm yesterday where a man had suffered stab wounds.
They believe a man drove to the house to confront him and a fight broke out.
The stabbed man was later taken to Waikato Hospital and is now in a stable condition.
A woman was stabbed at another house.
She was also taken to hospital has since been discharged.
Two crime scenes have been examined and a third house, where the woman was stabbed, will be looked over tomorrow.
