The man accused of shooting dead another man in Papakura in March can now be named.

Isaac Cruz Eru Broughton was excused from attending the High Court in Auckland this morning where his case was called and Justice Lang removed name suppression.
The 28-year-old is accused of murdering Shon Tyson Wanahi, 26, near the Papakura train station in March, and with causing grievous bodily harm with intent to another man.
