Four of the five people charged with kidnapping and assaulting a woman found critically injured on the side of a road in Dome Valley north of Auckland last month can now be named.
Cameron Hakeke, Wayne Blackett, Nicola Jones, Julie-Ann Torance, and another woman with interim name suppression appeared in the High Court in Auckland today.
The group face a range of charges including assault with a weapon, attempted murder, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, threatening to kill and unlawful sexual connection.
Crown solicitor Brian Dickey said police had a warrant to arrest a sixth person in relation to the case.
