The Northern Mystics appear destined for the wooden spoon in the trans-Tasman netball competition after going down 63-44 to the New South Wales Swifts in Sydney.
Again the Mystics struggled defensively and also had trouble getting the ball to their shooters.
The two clubs were level at the bottom of the table until Sunday's game.
