The New Zealand golfer Tim Wilkinson is five shots off the lead after scoring a four under par 68, in the opening round of the US PGA's season finale, the Disney Classic at Lake Buena Vista in Florida.
American Tory Matteson is the first round leader at nine under par.
Wilkinson went into the tournament in 95th place on the tour money list, with the top 125 golfers keeping the tour card's for next year, although his place is already assured thanks to his runner up finish at the Texas Open last month.
