Silver Ferns coach Noeline Taurua is set to announce the 12 players who will make up the World Cup squad to defend their title in South Africa.
The Vitality Netball World Cup 2023 will take place in Cape Town from 28 July until 6 August.

Taurua said at the media briefing: "Every week posed something different. We were definitely clear about what the players needed to do coming out of the international experience they've had in the last couple of years ...
"Some had consistent performances, others didn't, hence why at times the squad actually changed as we went along.
"Overall, I am really pleased by the final 15 and looking forward to what we need to do moving forward."
Regarding midcourter Maddy Gordon, Taurua said she couldn't leave her out. She had worked really hard to be selected.
Taurua added: "One of the things I'm really excited by in all of the players is they are unique. They've got their own flavour of how they play but also when you put them together as a combination, they're very complementary and those are the pieces we've been looking for."
Picking the three reserves was the hardest job. "Why I say that is we had to wait for the 12. And there's no rhyme or reason to some degree as to why we selected the three apart from them as individuals."
Regarding the defnders, she said they still have to work through some combinations. There were survivors from the 2019 worlds. Some had experience in big games "and might provide the spine there".
"There's a bit of work to do to see what the starting seven is going to be but I know we will get to that point."
Captain Ameliaranne Ekenasio said she was excited. Selections had gone "right down to the last game, down to the grand final".
"We know this season has been a really exciting one and we've seen lots of really close games and so many ladder changes which has been really cool," she said referring to the ANZ Championship.
Many positions had been hotly contested and those who had made the cut will give it their all in South Africa.
Going into the cup as captain meant a lot as she understood how much work she had put in as well as the sacrifices of her family.
"It's going to be a hard but enjoyable next couple of weeks."
