R&B singer Jhené Aiko has added a Wellington stop to her tour of New Zealand next month.
The up-and-coming LA-based musician will be visiting off the back of her latest release, the moody and sublime Souled Out, which dropped in late 2014. She also previously collaborated on songs with Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Drake and Vince Staples, and last year she nabbed three Grammy nominations which included a nod for Best R&B Song.
Aiko will be in the country as part of the previously-announced Freshman 2016 orientation week tour that sees her play dates in Auckland, Christchurch and Dunedin alongside G-Eazy, David Dallas and DJ Sir-Vere.
Tickets for the show are on sale from Thursday January 14 via Ticketek.
