    A Taranaki native, Midge Marsden's career spans four decades. He has played thousands of concerts to countless people and has performed with a list of artists that reads like a definitive Who's Who of New Zealand Rock. In 2006 Midge received the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to music. At WOMAD Taranaki the Midge Marsden Band performed with Wellington musician Darren Watson (RNZ) (Programme 7 Fri 8.05pm)
