    In the 7th moon, the chief turned into a swimming fish and ate the head of his enemy by magic

    Based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, the Kasai Allstars is a collective comprising 25 musicians from five different ethnic groups, each with their own language and musical tradition. The group draws its material from festive and ritual music played in the bush before the arrival of the Europeans, using a mix of acoustic and electric instruments (Crammed Discs Craw 44)
