For today's NZ Sporting History we go back to 1976 where the New Zealand Men's hockey team struck Olympic gold in Montreal.
They beat old foes Australia, by scoring the only goal of the match in the second half.
It's the first and only time the men's team has achieved such a feat.
On that team was Selywn Maister, he joins Jesse to talk about that golden day in NZ Sporting History.

In 2004 Jason deCaires Taylor started building the world's first underwater gallery.
He wanted to attract divers away from fragile coral reefs, so he submerged life-sized, human cement models in the Caribbean Sea.
Within a few days the art was covered in purple and blue sponges, orange fire coral and green algae... and was even home to a few octopuses.
Nineteen years later, Jason tells his memories of building the park.
