CRITTER T-SHIRTS ARE BACK

To celebrate all things Aotearoa native fauna and flora we have a new Critter of the Week t-shirt back for 2023.

The super talented Giselle Clarkson has designed a new image for the shirts and tote bags.

There is a cut off date for pre-orders so they arrive in time for Christmas deliveries to friends and loved ones, that date is Friday September 22nd.

Follow this link and place your order. Five dollars for each t-shirt and tote bag sold goes back to environmental volunteer groups around Aotearoa which are working hard to keep our unique critters safe from extinction.

Order your COTW 2023 t-shirts and or totes by clicking here.

1:15 Beautiful story told by mother and son duo

'Paku Manu Ariki Whakatakapōkai' is a new illustrated book for young readers about a young boy full of ideas and self-determination.

You might know author Michaela Keeble for her poetry collection 'Surrender', which was long-listed for the Ockham New Zealand Book Awards in 2022.

But with with this book, she's taken a novel approach in that all the words in it are things Michaela's son Kerehi Grace has actually said.

Kerehi is now 10, but Michaela has been jotting down fascinating things that have come out of his mouth since he was born. The result is 'Paku Manu Ariki Whakatakapōkai'

Kerehi and Michaela both speak to Jesse.
