Bayly's resignation: What's okay and not okay in the office?

The former Minister announced he was holding himself to account and quitting his Commerce and Consumer Affairs and ACC portfolios after the incident last Tuesday. It follows a separate incident in October where Andrew Bayly was forced to apologise after repeatedly calling a worker a loser during a visit to a business. Bayly still remains the MP for Port Waikato, which includes Pukekohe.
