A house fire in the Christchurch suburb of St Albans is being treated as suspicious.
Fire and Emergency said three fire trucks were called to the property just before 5am on Friday.
A spokesperson said all people had been accounted for and there were no injuries.
A fire investigator will be on the scene on Friday, investigating possible arson.
