Pole vaulter Eliza McCartney has hit the top and the bottom of her sport and begun the climb back up again.

She first picked up the sport at the age of 13. Just six years later she became the youngest Olympic medalist in the history of the women's pole vault event.

But injuries sadly kept McCartney side-lined for the 2020 Olympic Games. Now, after a lot of work, she has begun competing again.

Eliza joined Jesse Mulligan in the studio in September 2023 to talk about her incredible success so far and what lies ahead.
