Fruit Cake Chocolates
(Makes 24-36)
Ingredients
- 350g left over fruit cake or pudding
- 200g good quality dark or milk chocolate
- 24 whole almonds
- 12 glace cherries, cut in half
Method
Melt the chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
Cut the cake or pudding into little squares.
Lay out a sheet of foil on the bench.
Dip each square into the chocolate, or spoon the chocolate over each square.
Place one almond and ½ glace cherry on top of each square.
These will keep for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
