With the first day back at school now behind them, year 11 to 13 students in Auckland and Waikato are looking ahead to final exams, which are only weeks away.
Mask-wearing, physical distancing, and open windows are now the order of the day.
On Tuesday Morning Report talked to year 13 Krish Patel, head boy at Howick College and year 12 Rosie Risbrook from Whangaparaoa College as they prepared to return to the classroom.
They were back on Wednesday to say how it went.
